Puzzle Updates LDN Muscles App
In February 2016, Puzzle London & LDN Muscle, the UK’s market leading provider of online training guides, launched their new mobile fitness app, which became an overnight success, hit Number 1 in the App Store and shipped more than 10,000 units in the first week alone. Yesterday, we were delighted to announce that we have released an update with some cool new features at only £1.99.
The LDNM app is a one-stop tool for tracking your daily fitness routine. It also includes easy to follow workout videos, a workout training diary to help you record your progress as well as offering yummy nutritional advice and recipes! With the newest update, you can now access featured HIIT workouts.
Exercises are broken down into each of the main body parts and contains at least five different routines. Each routine is accompanied by step by step images and short videos of an LDNM team member demonstrating the exercise for you to simply follow. The app also includes pre-loaded upper and lower body workout plans as well as the option to create your own plan to aid your specific exercise needs.
The progress section includes a detailed workout log, essentially a custom made diary for you to record your training, add your own exercises, weights, repetitions, and sets.
And that is not all when you first download the app, you are invited to take a selfie to help you keep track of your progress and stay motivated. The app then allows you to go back at any time and update or add new images which you can easily share on your social media channels using the LDNM #tag. The app will automatically upload the date your image was uploaded to show your progress over time!
The nutritional advice section includes tips as well as a variety of recipes for you to try alongside your workout to maintain that summer body all year round.
Other features of the app include a custom built HIIT timer to help you track your cardio which you can purchase once you have downloaded the app. There is an exclusive VIP offer section, only available to people who have downloaded the LDNM app, where you can take advantage of supplements and products launched by the LDNM team themselves!
If that was not enough, LDN Muscle and Puzzle have launched a new feature workout section which you can unlock at 79p each! All you need to do is download the app and full workout plans ranging from cardio to full body, legs and glutes are ready for you to use in a flash!
