This is why we launched ‘Seemore’, an AI Powered Facebook messenger chatbot for Ted Baker. The aim of the bot is to help customers discover more about the new Autumn Winter collection and help answer commonly asked questions.
By harnessing the latest machine learning technology Seemore constantly evolves and gets better with every customer conversation it has.
As well as getting more and more accurate over time, Seemore also allows customers to track their order statuses in real-time and has also been integrated into Ted Baker’s customer service ticketing system.
