Puzzle London & LDN Muscle, the UK’s market leading provider of online training guides have today announced the launch of their new mobile fitness app. The iOS & Android applications was designed & built by Puzzle London.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The LDN Muscle app, a one stop tool for tracking your daily fitness routine will include easy to follow workout videos, a workout training diary to help you record your progress as well as offering nutritional advice and recipes.

Exercises will be broken down into each of the main body parts and will contain at least five different routines. Each routine will be accompanied by step by step images as well as a short video of one of the LDNM team showing you how to perform the exercise for you to then follow. The app will also include pre-loaded upper and lower body workout plans, although users will be able to create their own plans to suit their specific exercise needs.

The progress section will include a detailed workout log, essentially a custom made diary for you to record your training, where you will be able to add your own exercises, weights, repetitions, and sets.

And that is not all, to help you stay motivated when you first download the app you will be invited to take a selfie to help you keep track of your progress. The app will then allow you to go back at any time and update or add new images, which you will be able to share easily on your social media channels using the LDNM #tag.

The nutritional advice section will include tips as well as a selection of recipes for you to try alongside your workout.

Other features of the app include a custom-built HIIT timer to help you track your cardio which you can purchase once you have downloaded the app. There will also be an exclusive VIP offer section, only available to people who have downloaded the LDNM app, where you will be able to take advantage of discounts on supplements and products recommended by the LDNM team.

We’re delighted to be working with the LDN Muscle team and are looking forward to developing the app over the coming months!
